Club Membership Application form Reproduced below is a copy of our club's membership application form. Apologies however - it's not a great copy of the form. But hopefully it might give you an idea of our membership fees. For example, for a family or a couple, annual membership fees are currently $210. For a student, they are $100 and for a single adult, they are $140 If you would like to contact Steve, our club Secretary, he will gladly email you a proper copy of this form for you to print and complete.
